When you send a form on this site — a membership application or a contact message — we receive what you typed: your name, email, phone and message details. Forms are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider. We do not run ads, and we do not use tracking cookies.
Application details are used to verify your license, insurance and record with the sources we name on the certifications page. Contact messages are used to reply to you. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Member profiles are built from information the member provides and from our own verification checks. Unverified listings in the directory come from public sources — business listings and public review platforms. We show only business information: firm name, city, region and public rating data.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and is hosted on Netlify. Both may log basic technical data, like your IP address, to deliver the site. Member badges embedded on other websites load from our servers; we see standard server logs when that happens.
